Kitchen Basics- This fun packed course will teach aspiring young chefs how to maneuver around the kitchen with ease.

Components of the course:

  • Dining etiquette

  • Understanding how to read recipes

  • Food prepping

  • Organic gardening

  • Restaurant menu prep and design

  • Food safety

  • Sanitation in food preparation

  • Basic cooking
